Last Monday morning, one of the tires on my old blue Ford Escort got ruined. I pulled into your station and was given the best service, and I was not charged a thing! Thank You! Two of your employees could not have been friendlier or have given me better service. They put my spare tire on the car and put the bad tire in the trunk for me-and in a flash too! Thank you guys for your kindness, I really appreciate it.

I have been very happy with Balcones Exxon. They have always gone out of their way to take care of my cars and my family. From sitting me down (at my wife’s request) and telling me to sell my truck to celebrating new car purchases, they have fixed my AC without charge and managed special orders such as ordering and installing my trailer hitch. They even sent me flowers when I had to replace my transmission. They are good people.

Please tell everyone, It’s always a struggle for me to find a tolerable day for being car-less, locating
a convenient repair shop and constantly being worried that some unscrupulous mechanic will take advantage of my relative ignorance and charge me for unnecessary repairs. I have been taking my Jeep to Balcones Exxon Automotive ever since I moved here about a year ago. I could not be happier with the friendly, skillful and truly HONEST service. When its time for an oil change, I just drop my jeep off before work and walk over to the office. Do yourselves a favor pick a day to give them a try. You won’t regret it! In fact, I bet you’ll be as impressed as I am with them.
